Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Handle payroll coordination and attendance management
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Organize employee engagement and training programs
Manage exit formalities and maintain attrition reports
Support management in strategic HR planning
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of HR operations and policies
Recruitment & talent acquisition skills
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS software
Ability to handle employee grievances and engagement activities
Experience Required
: 6 months to 1 years in HR roles

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
