Position Overview



We are seeking a proactive and organized

HR Assistant

with at least

6 months of experience

in the Human Resources field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR processes, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to assist in supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment Support

: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Employee Records

: Maintain and update employee files (both physical and digital) ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Onboarding

: Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing welcome materials, setting up orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth introduction for new hires.

Employee Engagement

: Help coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives, such as team-building events, surveys, and recognition programs.

HR Administration

: Provide general administrative support, including preparing HR reports, handling HR-related correspondence, and organizing HR files and records.

Manage Attendance:

Make Sure to Maintain Dailly Attendance of Our All Sites.

Compliance

: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies by keeping up to date with relevant HR regulations.

Payroll Support

: Assist with payroll administration, including time tracking, attendance records, and resolving payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications



Experience

: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in an HR role (internships or part-time HR positions included).

Education

: A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Skills

: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
