Key Responsibilities:
Assist HR Head in daily coordination and follow-ups
Manage CHRO meetings and appointment
Support recruitment: calling candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding support
Maintain HR documents, employee files, and trackers
Coordinate with units for daily/weekly HR reports
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Requirements:
Any graduate
Good communication & coordination skills
Basic MS Office skills (Excel & Word)
Strong follow-up and multitasking
