We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers who are passionate about building a career in HR. The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement activities, recruitment coordination, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Support the recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
Help in onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and other official documents.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll preparation.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives.
Handle basic employee queries and escalate when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent - HR specialization preferred).
Freshers are welcome; internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude, confidentiality, and eagerness to learn.
