Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate salary processing.
• Oversee manpower handling and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Demonstrate a strong personality and leadership qualities to address HR challenges.

Requirements:

• MBA or any graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience in HR roles.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee management.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Proven ability in manpower handling and HR management.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
