We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Assistant
with a core focus on
recruitment activities
to support our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job vacancies across various platforms (job portals, social media, internal boards).
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Support background checks and reference verifications.
Draft and send offer letters, rejection letters, and other recruitment-related documentation.
Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding processes for new hires.
Generate and maintain recruitment reports and metrics.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
