We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documents
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support
Assist in HR letters, memos, and documentation
Coordinate employee engagement activities and trainings
Provide general administrative and HR support
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
