YOUR TASKS

Time Office Management, Leave Management, Attendance/Absenteeism/Attrition monitoring. Hiring of Agency workers/Apprentice, Contract Labour Management, Joining & Exit formalities, Grievances Handling. Good knowledge of Excel formulas, PPT, and MS words. Training record maintenance. Employee Engagement activities, Welfare activities. Maintain Employee Master Data files. Ensuring all data forms are filled.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

B.Com or BBA or MBA Freshers or 1-3 years of experience.
