Job Description

Providing support to our managers and employees Assisting in daily office needs Managing our company's general administrative activities Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for the management Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the BDM Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for the meetings; preparing and sending minutes of the meetings accordingly Coordinating with HR for matters involving the Higher Management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
