Job Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately
Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and compliance-related activities
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Coordinate training programs, induction sessions, and engagement activities
Support statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, labor laws) and audit requirements
Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and reporting
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR operations (preferred)
Knowledge of ESIC, PF, and basic labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
