Handle ESIC & PF registration, compliance, and related documentation
Assist in recruitment activities, including:
Posting job vacancies
Screening resumes
Coordinating interviews
Maintaining recruitment records
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Assist with payroll inputs and statutory compliance support
Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
Requirements:
Knowledge of ESIC & PF registration and processes (mandatory)
Experience or exposure to recruitment
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Prior HR experience preferred
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field (preferred)
Salary Range:
?15,000 to ?20,000 per month
