Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Assist with payroll preparation and leave tracking.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Help organize training sessions, HR events, and meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide support in performance review processes and documentation.
