to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and HR functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and assist in maintaining HR records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction for new employees.
Handle attendance, leave management, and related HR documentation.
Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).
Prepare HR letters such as offer, appointment, and experience letters.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HR software or HRMS systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
