dynamic HR Recruiter

to join our team and drive talent acquisition strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various roles, including medical staff, support staff, and administrative personnel. Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels for recruitment. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation:

Manage the onboarding process, including offer letter issuance, joining formalities, and background verification. Maintain employee records and documentation.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Ensure smooth hiring processes in compliance with clinic policies and labor laws. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Employer Branding & Engagement:

Promote AWISH Clinic as an employer of choice through recruitment strategies. Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in healthcare or the service industry.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
