We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist in recruitment and employee relations, and help ensure that HR operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
Support the recruitment process.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g. attendance, leaves).
Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred Fresher Can Also Apply.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience with Attendence Software & Payroll Software.
Familiarity with labor laws and employment standards.
