Assist in
statutory compliance
documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
Maintain employee personal files and update records regularly.
Help in
training coordination
: scheduling, attendance, feedback collection.
Support performance appraisal activities and maintain related documentation.
Assist in
employee engagement activities
and grievance handling support.
Prepare HR-related
reports
, MIS, and dashboards.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
Ensure HR policies are followed as per company guidelines.
Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of basic HR functions: recruitment, attendance, payroll support.
Familiar with PF/ESIC compliance (added advantage).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Experience in manufacturing/chemical plant HR preferred.
