We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant cum Front Office professional to join our team. This dual-role position will involve supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks while also managing front office operations to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Support HR functions such as performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Front Office Management:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for HR and other departments as needed.
Prepare and maintain various reports and documents related to HR functions and office operations.
Support the organization of company events and activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or front office administration is preferred.
