Preparing Absenteeism & Late coming report from S/W and submit to Director Office on daily basis.
Update leaves application on S/w.
Prepare employee attendance.
Prepare personal file for new employee and ensure submission of all certificates.
Maintain the personnel files with safety and security
Providing the Orientation & Training to the new employees
Induction of new employees
Update new employee data base in excel.
Resolving employees' grievances or quarries
Round the Institute at least once a day and supervise employee work, dressing etc.
Update training card on regular basis.
Manpower planning of Institute(Recruitment).
Issuing letter to indiscipline employee, confirm employee
Conduct interviews as per requirements
Maintaining the Resume data bank
Preparation of Appointment letters for new employees
Conduct appraisal as per date and preparation of increment letters
Reward the best employee
Other work given by the management from time to time.
