We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of relevant experience
in HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents
Coordinate with departments for attendance, leave management, and employee queries
Support employee engagement activities and office events
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
Perform basic administrative tasks related to HR
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or a related field)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
