Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for trainees and interns
Manage job postings for training and internship programs
Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction sessions
Maintain trainee attendance, performance records, and feedback forms
HR Operations
Maintain employee and trainee data, attendance, and leave records
Prepare HR letters, certificates, and documents
Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and orientation programs
Communicate HR policies and guidelines to trainees and staff
Skills Required
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good understanding of IT roles and training processes
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and documentation
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Professional attitude with a service-minded approach
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or Management
1-2 years of experience in HR, coordination, or training support roles
