We are looking to appoint a competent and dependable
HR Assistant
to support our growing organization at our
Chandigarh office
. This position plays a key role in strengthening internal communication, supporting leadership, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
The role requires a mature, process-driven individual with strong communication skills and a clear understanding of employee management and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a structured communication channel between the CEO and employees
Assist in defining, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, professional standards, and workplace conduct
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a professional work culture
Maintain workforce discipline, structure, and compliance across teams
Handle onboarding, documentation, coordination, and daily HR operations
Support organizational alignment and internal process efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Sound understanding of employee relations, workplace ethics, and conflict handling
Ability to manage people with authority, fairness, and professionalism
HR knowledge with a responsible and long-term approach
