Support recruitment activities such as posting jobs, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain daily attendance records and prepare attendance reports
Manage employee leave records and ensure proper approvals
Assist in monthly salary and payroll processing
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases
Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, salary, and leave
Requirements:
Education: MBA in HR
Basic knowledge of HR functions
Good communication and computer skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
