Handling Recruitment Process (Job Posting, Screening, Interview Coordination, Onboarding)
Maintaining Employee Records, Attendance & Leave Management
Assisting in Payroll Processing & HR Compliance
Coordinating Training & Development Activities
Drafting HR Letters, Memos & Circulars
Supporting Senior HR in day-to-day operations
Maintaining confidentiality of HR Data & Employee Files
Ensuring smooth communication between Management & Employees
Skills Required:
Strong Communication Skills (English Mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Email Drafting
Knowledge of HR Policies & Labour Laws (Basic Level)
Ability to Multitask & Handle Pressure
Problem-Solving Attitude and Team Spirit
