Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally.
Identify and coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills, especially in clinical and patient care areas.
Organize workshops and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement and high-quality patient care.
Oversee attendance, leaves, and employee benefits administration.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all HR-related documentation.
Monitor workforce utilization and plan to optimize hospital operations
Promote and maintain workplace health and safety protocols specific to the hospital environment.
Coordinate employee wellness programs and emergency preparedness.
