Job Description

plans, directs, and coordinates all organizational HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and aligning HR strategy with business goals, acting as a key link between management and employees to foster positive culture and engagement. Core duties involve talent acquisition, policy development, employee relations, legal compliance, and strategic workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Overseeing the entire hiring process, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new staff. Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations. Employee Relations: Mediating conflicts, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. Performance Management: Managing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and developing high-performance cultures. Training & Development: Creating and implementing programs for staff growth, leadership development, and skill enhancement. Compensation & Benefits: Administering salary structures, benefits, and payroll. Strategic Planning: Partnering with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives. HR Metrics & Reporting: Tracking KPIs (like turnover, satisfaction) and reporting to management. Essential Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and leadership abilities. People-oriented and results-driven. Role Variations Small Companies: HR Managers often handle all functions directly. Large Companies: May supervise HR specialists, focusing on specific areas like recruitment or compensation.
