To support the HR department in carrying out day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, documentation, employee relations, attendance management, and HR compliance, ensuring smooth functioning of all HR activities.
2. Key Responsibilities A. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes.
Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates.
Support onboarding formalities, joining documentation, and induction programs.
B. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain employee files, personal records, and HR databases.
Update HRMS/attendance system regularly.
Prepare letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
C. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance and resolve discrepancies.
Track leave applications and maintain leave records.
D. Employee Relations & Support
Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.
Assist in conducting monthly meetings, training, and communication sessions.
E. Compliance & Statutory Support
Assist in documents related to PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain compliance records for audits (ISO/FSSAI/MSME, etc., if applicable).
F. General HR Operations
Support payroll inputs (attendance, deductions, new joinee/exit data).
Help with exit formalities such as clearance, experience letters, and final documentation.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
3. Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS preferred.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
4. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers may apply depending on requirement).
5. Salary Range
As per company norms / Based on experience.
