We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Assistant
to support the daily operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, documentation, and general HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure accuracy of all information.
Support onboarding and exit formalities including documentation, induction coordination, and asset allocation/collection.
Handle attendance management, leave tracking, and coordination in payroll
Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and office events.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure confidentiality of HR data and adherence to company policies.
Support compliance-related tasks (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with relevant internships can apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Knowledge of basic HR processes and labor laws is an added advantage.
