Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all categories including drivers, warehouse, operations, and office staff.
Source candidates through portals, agencies, and referrals; screen and shortlist applications.
Conduct reference checks, issue offer/appointment letters, and coordinate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and submit monthly hiring reports to HR Manager.
B. Employee Documentation
Collect and verify all joining documents from new employees (ID, address proof, educational certificates, experience /relieving certificates, licenses, etc.).
Create and maintain individual personnel files -- both physical copies and digital employee master records.
Assist in preparing HR letters such as confirmation, Increment, transfer, and experience certificates etc
C. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance across all branches and departments.
Collect and consolidate weekly and monthly attendance data from branch offices.
Track and record leave applications, permissions, and absences, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Share consolidated attendance data with HR Manager for payroll processing.
D. Meetings & Coordination
Organize and coordinate various internal meetings including: Daily stand-up meetings, Driver meetings, Monthly Management meetings etc
E. Branch Coordination & Reporting
Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related queries from branch offices (attendance, payroll, leaves, documents, etc.).
Collect daily/weekly reports from all branches -- HR, operations, and administration.
Maintain smooth communication and ensure timely response to branch-level HR issues.
F. Payroll Assistance
Assist the HR Manager in monthly payroll processing by providing accurate inputs: Attendance and leave data, Salary advance records, Special deductions and any other data relevant for the smooth processing of the monthly payroll.
Maintain payroll-related confidentiality at all times.
G. Employee Engagement & Training co-ordination
Coordinate employee engagement programs, celebrations, and welfare initiatives to boost morale.
Support in organizing training and development sessions (safety, soft skills, operational awareness).
Maintain records of participants and post-training feedback.
Promote a positive work culture and encourage employee participation.
H. General HR Support
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Manager in day-to-day activities.
Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related information & queries.
Perform any ad-hoc responsibilities or special projects assigned by the HR Manager or Management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
