The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR functions. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR activities, and providing support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and experience letters.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (leaves, attendance, etc.).
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and staff events.
Handle basic employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and HR services.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, company rules, and statutory regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in HR functions.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
