Role Overview
The HR Executive/Manager will play a key role in shaping the work culture, overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance processes. This person will act as the backbone of team coordination and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain job postings across platforms and ensure timely recruitment.
Conduct HR round interviews and coordinate with department heads for technical rounds.
Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new joiners.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and punctuality.
Coordinate with accounts/management for monthly salary processing.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support in statutory compliances (ESIC, PF, etc., if applicable).
3. Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Handle employee grievances with confidentiality and empathy.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and assist in appraisals.
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
4. HR Operations & Policy Implementation
Maintain HRMS, employee files, and documentation.
Ensure implementation of HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Assist management in drafting and updating HR policies as per company growth.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Support career growth and skill development initiatives.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving mindset and emotional intelligence
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Familiarity with HRMS or attendance software is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus)
Prior experience in a startup or digital marketing company will be an advantage
