Job Title:

Senior HR & Training Executive

Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR

The Senior HR & Training Executive plays a key role in managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training & development. This role involves designing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals while ensuring continuous skill enhancement and professional growth across the organization

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Develop job descriptions and manage job postings on various platforms.
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

2. Training & Development

Identify training needs through performance appraisals, feedback, and skill gap analysis.
Design, implement, and evaluate training programs and workshops.
Coordinate with external trainers or institutions when required.
Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness and ROI.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

3. Performance Management

Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting KPIs and performance goals.
Facilitate regular feedback sessions and performance review meetings.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and development.
Certification in Training, L&D, or HRM (preferred).
Experience in [industry type, e.g., manufacturing, IT, hospitality, etc.] is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
