Key Responsibilities -
Perform HR Administrative Task.
Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with the hiring manager.
Manage a payroll process smoothly.
Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
Requirements -
Previous experience in HR Administrative task and Payroll process.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and social media recruiting.
Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks.
Compensation - ₹15,000-20,000/ Month
Timings - 9 AM to 6 PM
