We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
who will also support core
HR Operations
. This hybrid role involves managing the full recruitment cycle and assisting with day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth organizational processes. You will work closely with employees, and the operation team to deliver an efficient and engaging employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit
Coordinate interviews and act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the process
Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders
HR Operations:
Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, background checks, and orientation
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system
Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and other employee documentation
Help implement and support HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leave, benefits, etc.
Assist with performance management coordination (e.g., review cycles, reminders)
Contribute to compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in recruiting and/or HR operations
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS systems like Keka, GreyHR, BambooHR)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Working knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
