Understand job requirements and prepare accurate, updated job descriptions.
Advertise job openings and source candidates through various channels such as the company's careers page, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews, coordinate with departments for technical rounds, and manage the complete hiring process.
Perform cold calls and schedule interviews for different open positions.
Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and team leads to understand their hiring needs and role requirements.
Utilize multiple recruitment sources and innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
HR Operations & Employee Relations:
Manage onboarding and documentation for new joiners, including background verification.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
Support attendance, leave, and performance tracking processes.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee records.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality of HR data.
Coordinate with departments for feedback, training needs, and performance updates.
Support payroll inputs and ensure timely communication of HR-related updates.
Shift timing: 5 PM to 2 :30 PM IST
