This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and compliance, while working closely with management to enhance employee engagement and productivity -- particularly within the sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and offboarding.
Implement, track, and optimize performance management systems to drive team efficiency.
Coordinate appraisals, performance reviews, and KPI assessments for sales and support teams.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws; assist in audits and documentation.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Maintain HR databases, employee files, and performance records using HRMS tools.
Identify training needs and organize skill development programs to boost employee performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
2-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in performance management or HR operations.
Sound knowledge of HRMS systems, MS Excel, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Must be based in or able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is an added advantage.
