Key roles and responsibilities
Assist in creating and posting job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess basic qualifications and fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and job application records.
Support in offer rollouts, pre-joining communication, and onboarding activities.
Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in HR projects and employer branding initiatives as required.
