Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and overtime tracking
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Administrative:
Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management
Handle employee travel arrangements, reimbursements, and petty cash management
Assist in compliance documentation and filing as per company policies
Support senior management with HR reports, MIS, and other admin-related data
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in HR & Admin (preferably in manufacturing or fashion industry)
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance in India
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
