Responsibilities:

Managing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, and HR compliance. Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Managing workflow, internal communication, and organisational processes. Manage probation, performance evaluations, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Plan and coordinate training, induction, and development programs Develop and implement operational policies, workflows, and SOPs Monitor team performance, attendance, and operational KPIs Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and internal controls Prepare operational reports and present insights to management

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in HR.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High resilience, adaptability, and a coachable mindset.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
