Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities across departments and branches.
Can co-ordinate and execute HR recruitments.
Track branch performance and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
Follow up with teams and branches for data collection, documentation, and timely task completion.
Support management in process improvement, planning, and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and quick resolution of operational issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Commerce
, or a related discipline.
1-3 years
of experience in operations, coordination, or similar roles.
Strong command of
MS Excel
and experience with report generation.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and follow-up
skills.
Ability to
work independently
, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
