HR and Office Manager

Location: Visakhapatnam, AP

Employment type: Full-time

Experience: ~ 3 - 5 yrs in a similar role

Remuneration: 25K - 40K per month; depending on experience

Annual bonus based on performance.

Requirements:

- Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with recruitment process, employee engagement activities.

- Adept in working with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook.

- Comfortable working with minimal or no supervision and taking initiative

- Passion for developing systems and process that get things organized and for carrying out those

routine processes on a day-to-day basis.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain electronic files with relation to employees, vendors and internal work.

- Assist in IT recruitment activities such as

o Sourcing of candidates from various resources like company portal, job portals, college placement cells, references, headhunting etc.

o Convey position details to potential candidates

o Screen candidates for communication, skill set and other details and shortlist candidates for interviews

o Setting up personal and technical interviews by coordinating with interviewers.

o Initiate background checks

- Assist with new employee on-boarding and associated administrative support such as access management, laptop, etc.

- Take ownership of HR activities such as PF, ESIC filings for staff, leave management, maintaining HR database, checking progress of freshers during

training, payroll processing, medical insurance registration, etc.

- Organizing and coordinating the employee engagement and cultural initiatives, trigger Employee's birthday, anniversary and any other Employee

Events.

- Assist in company social media activities such as on LinkedIn platform.

- Ability to build and cultivate relationships with candidates and Jasp team members.

- Ensure smooth running of the office, organizing and establishing necessary procedures.

- Managing office supplies and equipment.

- Manage office budgets and expenses.

- Oversee facility management and maintenance.

- Ability to work independently and as a team player and be very proactive.
