We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR and Office Admin to manage day-to-day office operations and support HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office administration and coordinate with vendors
Track attendance, leaves and employee records
Assist with hiring, interview scheduling
Maintain office files, bills and reports
Schedule meetings and coordinate with staff and clients
Communicate with clients for updates and follow-ups
Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant experience
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google tools
Organized and detail-oriented
