HR Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
Assist in maintaining HR policies and documentation
Marketing Responsibilities :
Communicate with
partners for collaboration opportunities
Interact with
end clients
to understand requirements and pitch company services
Support lead generation and follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and business development activities
Represent the company professionally during calls and meetings
Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
Requirements :
Graduate / MBA (HR / Marketing / Business Administration.
Excellent English
verbal and written communication skills
Strong confidence, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with partners and clients over calls and meetings
Basic knowledge of MS excel will be plus.
