Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews)
Maintain candidate and employee records
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Assist in HR coordination and internal communication
Help with employee engagement activities
Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in lead generation and database management
Support calling activities with partners and potential clients
Coordinate with sales and business development teams
Help with follow-ups, and basic CRM updates
Assist in social media posting and marketing coordination (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email)
Support partner outreach and collaboration activities
Requirements :
Graduate / Final-year student in
HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Comfortable speaking with clients and partners on phone calls
Basic understanding of HR and marketing concepts
Confident, proactive, and willing to learn
Good organizational and coordination skills
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace will be plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
