Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and support HR documentation.
Help in planning and organizing team-building activities.
Support performance tracking and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
Business Development Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients, advertisers, and partners.
Assist in preparing pitches and presentations for potential business collaborations.
Support marketing and outreach campaigns to increase brand presence.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to suggest growth opportunities.
Track leads and maintain CRM or business development databases.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
