Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR):
Assist in
recruitment activities
- sourcing candidates, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Manage candidate communication and maintain follow-up.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Marketing:
Assist in planning and executing
marketing campaigns and outreach activities

Promote the brand across colleges, online platforms, and communities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support social media promotions and content coordination.
What We Are Looking For:
Good communication skills
(English/Telugu/Hindi is a plus).
Ability to handle tasks responsibly and meet deadlines.
A positive, learning mindset and willingness to take initiative.
Passion for HR, Marketing, or people-driven roles.
Must be able to commit for 6 months
without interruption.
