Assist in campus engagement activities, seminars, and awareness sessions.
Work with the internal team to manage leads, track progress, and maintain follow-ups.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
Support social media & marketing campaigns when required.
Guide and manage student ambassadors / campus promoters.
Prepare weekly progress reports and update team managers.
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Support HR team with administrative tasks and maintaining employee records.
Collaborate with team members to enhance organizational processes.
Utilize Microsoft tools to prepare reports and manage documentation.
Contribute to communication strategies to ensure smooth HR operations.
Participate in critical thinking and problem-solving activities to address HR challenges.
