Set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for counselors and staff.
Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and maintain appraisal records.
Handle staff grievances, maintain discipline, and ensure a positive work environment.
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building sessions.
Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and confidentiality agreements.
Develop HR policies regarding leave, dress code, communication protocols, and confidentiality.
Ensure that all staff understand and follow organizational policies.
Ensure employees understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality of student data and following ethical recruitment practices.
Oversee daily operations of counseling, admissions, visa assistance, and marketing departments.
