Making the final decision:
Own the final decision on which candidate to hire and present the job offer.
Onboarding new hires:
Help new employees acclimate to the company by providing necessary training, resources, and introductions to the team.
Working with HR:
Partner with the Promoters and handle the broader recruitment functions like advertising, legal compliance, and initial candidate sourcing.
Ensuring team and company alignment:
Make sure the new hire aligns with the team's needs, the company's mission, and its values
