Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive work environment.
Payroll Management:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payroll, including benefits and deductions.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
Performance Management:
Assist with employee performance reviews, goal setting, and career development plans.
Compliance & Legal:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies are in line with current legal requirements.
Finance Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare regular financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in the creation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Payroll Processing:
Coordinate payroll processing in alignment with HR to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
Tax Compliance:
Ensure that all tax-related documents and filings are accurate and timely.
Audit & Internal Controls:
Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, maintaining financial records that comply with audit standards.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR and finance roles.
