- Manage and Coordinating end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing) and maintaining the data for future record.
2. Onboarding and Induction -
Prepare offer letters, employee documentation, employee orientation and onboarding programs.

Employee Relations and Performance Management -
Assist in employee engagement retention programs and assist in implementing performance improvement plans with appraisal planning.
4.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance and leave records and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
5.
HR Compliance & HR Policy Administration
- Maintain employee records as per legal and company standards, Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) Maintain HRMS/HRIS systems.
6.
Training & Development, Employee Retention -
Coordinate internal/ external training program andSupport identification of skill development needs. Implement strategies for improving career development and work-life balance also prepare reports and recommendations to strengthen retention.
7.
Monitor Documents
- Maintain organisation system/ Software, Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
8.
Coordination
- Streamline the workflows and trouble shoot with internal/ external departments.
9.
Operational management-
Schedule meeting, appointments, events and maintain the confidentiality, prioritize tasks, ensure smooth day-to-day workflow with presentations, and correspondence.
